Ffxiv audio cuts out

Resetting the capturecard to default settings makes the audio come back but it cuts out if the audio gets too much, which obviously isn't great for gaming. I usually use it plugged into a ps4 and a TV screen, and this screen is smaller than I have previously used, but i had this issue on the bigger screen before as well.
